Delite Tiffin & Caterers Veg & Non-Veg

We’ve been running this kitchen in Jansasan Nagar Vibhag 1 for quite some time now. It’s located right near the Shivranjani Cross Road in the Satellite area, which is always busy with traffic and people moving about. We handle both veg and non-veg meals, mostly focused on getting tiffin boxes ready for the lunch and dinner rush. The kitchen is a loud place where you’ll hear knives hitting cutting boards and the sound of the stoves going from early morning. We don’t have a big corporate setup or anything like that. It’s just a few of us making sure the dal is seasoned right and the rotis are packed while they’re still warm. Some days we are scrambling to keep up with orders when the weather is bad or a delivery person gets stuck in traffic. We use regular ingredients we get from the local market, nothing too fancy, just honest food like what you’d cook at home for your family. The containers are filled, sealed, and sent out to offices and homes nearby. We’ve seen the neighborhood change a lot over the years, but our routine stays pretty much the same. We start with the vegetable prep and end with a lot of cleaning up. It’s hard work and it gets hot in the kitchen, but we just keep at it every day. We don't spend money on big ads. We just hope the food is good enough that people want it again tomorrow and keep coming back to us.
