Delcon Electricals Pvt Ltd Mumbai is actually located out in the Wardha district, even though the name mentions Mumbai. Our main spot is in Borgaon, which is near Malegaon and the Karanja tehsil. It is quite a rural area, very different from the big city. We have a small facility here where we keep our electrical equipment and tools. Most of our days are spent going out to different sites to fix wiring or set up electrical systems. It's a lot of dusty roads and carrying heavy toolboxes around. The office part is just a few desks and some filing cabinets where we keep our maps and technical drawings. We have a small crew of guys who are good with their hands and don't mind the heat. It gets very quiet at night in Borgaon, which is nice. We don't really have a marketing team or anything like that. People in the district just know us because we’ve been doing this for a long time. We handle cables, transformers, and all kinds of power stuff. Sometimes we have to wait for parts to arrive from the city, which can take a few days. We just try to do a regular job so that the lights stay on for the people around here. It’s basic, honest work and we don’t try to make it sound like anything more than that for our customers.
