Deedees Cuisines Private Limited

Deedees Cuisines is located over in Ahmedabad. We are at Tirthjal Complex, right near the 132 Ring Road on Satellite Road. If you know the neighborhood, it is usually pretty busy with traffic and people moving around all the time. We are in unit A/2/2. We deal with food, which is a lot more complicated than it looks from the outside. There is a lot of prepping and planning that goes into everything we do here. Our team is small, but we work hard. We aren't some massive chain with thousands of locations. We are just here in Satellite Road doing our thing day after day. Some days the kitchen area is a bit chaotic, but we find our rhythm eventually. We don't spend money on big ads or marketing people. Most people find out about us because they live nearby or work in the complex. It is a practical setup. We keep the place clean and focus on the food. Ahmedabad is a great city for people who love to eat, so we fit right in. We have had some long nights here getting things ready for the next day. It is just regular life for us. We don't have a mission statement hanging on the wall or anything. We just want to make sure the food is right. It is a lot of trial and error sometimes. We are just local people making food for other people. That is the long and short of it for us.
