Customer Service

Our office is at 72 Chanakya Tower, right next to the E-Mall on Sandesh Press Road in Vastrapur. Being in this part of Ahmedabad means we are close to a lot of shops and restaurants, which is nice for our lunch breaks. We are a customer service center, which basically means a lot of us sitting at desks with headsets on. We talk to people all day long, trying to help them with whatever issues they are having. It is a pretty basic setup inside Chanakya Tower. We have rows of computers and a small area where we keep our bags and lunches. It isn't a fancy corporate headquarters; it’s just a place where we come to do our jobs. The building is a bit older, and the elevator can be a bit temperamental sometimes. We don't have any big mission statements on the walls. We just try to answer the phones as quickly as we can and solve the problems that come our way. It can be a bit stressful when a lot of people call at once, but we have a good group of people here who help each other out. We’ve been working from this Vastrapur location for a while now. It is just regular work, and we try to keep things simple and get the job done every day.
