Customer Care Executive

Our office is over in the Ajanta Appt building, specifically at 52/517. It is right opposite the T.V Tower in Ahmedabad. If you already know where Tulip Bunglows are, we are just around the corner from that spot. It is a busy part of town in the 380054 area. We spend most of our day on the phones or handling various messages from people. Being a customer care executive team means there is always someone talking in the background. It gets pretty loud in the afternoon when everyone is busy. The apartment space we use for the office is not huge, but it works fine for what we need. We have got desks squeezed in and a small corner where we take our tea breaks. Ahmedabad traffic can be a real nightmare near the tower, so some of us show up a bit late sometimes when the roads are blocked. We do not have a big fancy lobby or a receptionist. You just come up to the flat and we are right there working away. We handle a lot of different kinds of queries every day. Some days are slow, but most days the phone does not seem to stop ringing. We try to keep things organized with folders and notes, though the desks usually look a bit messy by the time five o'clock rolls around. It is a straightforward job. We just listen to people and try to help them out without making a big fuss about it.
