We have a lot of travel books and printed guides sitting on our desks. Even though everything is online now, we still like having the paper versions to look at. C.G. We do not have a big fancy lobby; it is just a functional space where we get work done. Sometimes a booking goes wrong or a flight is delayed, and we have to spend hours fixing it so the customer does not have to worry.
