Our office for Club Mahindra Holidays. is located in the Satellite Centre, specifically at F/93. We are right behind Mansi Towers, which is a big landmark in this part of Ahmedabad. If you look across the street, you’ll see the Swaminarayan Temple, so we get to hear the prayers and see the crowds on festival days. Vastrapur is a really busy neighborhood, always something going on near the lake or the mall. We spend our days here talking to people about their vacation plans and trying to explain how the memberships work. The office has a few chairs for visitors and some desks where we keep our computers and brochures. It’s a bit cramped when more than a few families come in at once, but we make it work. The air conditioning is always running because the Ahmedabad heat is no joke, especially in the middle of the day. Sometimes we grab lunch at the stalls near the temple or walk over to the towers if we need something. It’s a good location because everyone knows where the temple and Mansi Towers are. We have a lot of folders and binders full of travel info that we’re constantly sorting through. It’s a lot of talking and answering the same questions, but that’s just how the day goes. We like being in the middle of Vastrapur because everything we need is right within walking distance. Most people just walk in from the street to say hello or ask for details.
