Our office is tucked away in Titanium Mall, over on Plot 154. If you're driving down Anandnagar Road in Satellite, you probably know the building since it's near Sachin Tower. It’s a busy part of the city, so there’s always something going on outside. We handle travel bookings and tours for people around here. Most days involve a lot of looking at flight schedules and trying to figure out the best routes for families or individuals who want to go on a trip. It’s not always easy because prices jump around and hotels get booked up fast, but we do what we can with the systems we have. We’ve been in this spot for some time, and people usually find us just by word of mouth or seeing the sign when they're at the mall. The office isn't huge, but it's enough for us to sit down with customers and show them some pictures of where they might want to go. We handle the boring stuff like tickets and insurance so people don't have to mess with it themselves. Sometimes it gets a bit hectic when holiday seasons come around and everyone wants to leave at once. We just take it one booking at a time. It’s nice to see people get excited about their vacations, and we just try to make sure the paperwork is done right so they don't have issues later on.
