Cinemeta Entertainment is located in O/101 at Nandanvan-5 in the Jodhpur area of Ahmedabad. This part of the city, Jodhpur, has gotten really busy lately with all the new cafes and shops, but our office is tucked away in the Nandanvan complex. We work in the entertainment business, which sounds a lot more exciting than it actually is on a Tuesday morning when you’re just filing tax forms or replying to emails. It’s a small office space, mostly filled with posters and some old equipment that we probably should have thrown out years ago. We handle a lot of the behind-the-scenes stuff for movies and shows. It’s not all red carpets and cameras; it’s mostly just us sitting in front of monitors and talking to distributors or theater owners. The vibe in the office is pretty relaxed, we don’t really do the whole suit-and-tie thing unless someone important is coming over. Most days it’s just us drinking way too much coffee and trying to get the next project lined up. The Nandanvan-5 building is easy enough to find once you get into Jodhpur, and we’ve been here long enough that the local tea seller knows exactly how we like our drinks. It’s just a regular local business trying to make its way in the entertainment world without too much fuss or drama. We just keep our heads down and do the work.
