Chowpatty Food Court

We are located on the first floor of the 10 Acres City Mall. Our spot is inside the Raipur Big Bazaar campus on the Kankaria road. It’s a very loud and busy place to be. There are always families walking around and kids running between the shops. Being in a food court means we share the space with a lot of other vendors. Our counter is where we spend the whole day. It is a lot of standing and waiting for the next order. We don't have a quiet office to go to. We just have the small prep area behind the counter. The mall can get very crowded on the weekends, and that’s when we are the busiest. We spend a lot of time wiping down the tables because people are always coming and going. The Raipur Kankaria road outside is usually stuck with traffic, so we see a lot of tired shoppers. We aren't trying to be a five-star place. We just provide a spot for people to grab a bite while they are out doing their shopping. The kitchen equipment is basic but it does the job. We don't have a big marketing budget. We just rely on the people who are already in the mall looking for something to eat. It’s a practical business in a very hectic location. You just walk past the Big Bazaar and you will see us there.
