Chimayo Bpo Pvt Ltd. (Java Green)

We are located in Chandkheda, Ahmedabad, at B/28 Satyam Bungalows on I.O.C. Road. It’s a bit of a unique setup because we operate out of a bungalow rather than a standard office block. We go by the name Chimayo BPO, and we also have the Java Green name associated with us. Inside, it looks like a regular office with rows of computers and people with headsets. We handle different kinds of back-office tasks and customer support. Being in a bungalow makes the environment feel a bit more relaxed and less like a cold corporate office. We have a small kitchen where we make tea and take our breaks. The area around I.O.C. Road has grown a lot lately, with new shops and houses popping up everywhere. Our team is mostly made up of young people from the local neighborhood. We don’t have a big HR department or fancy perks. We just come in, do our shifts, and try to keep things moving. Sometimes the internet goes out or we have power issues, which is just part of working here, but we manage. It’s a straightforward business and we don’t try to make it sound more complicated than it is. We’ve been in this bungalow for a while now and it works well for the size of our team. It is just a group of us working hard to get things done correctly.
