Carlson Group is located at C-12 in Rail Vihar, which is part of Sector 45 in Faridabad. The pin code is 121003 if you’re looking it up on a map. Rail Vihar is a residential colony, so the vibe around here is very different from the big industrial zones you usually find in Faridabad. It is mostly families and quiet streets, which makes for a calm place to work. We have a small setup inside the house. There isn't a big sign out front or anything like that. Inside, we have our desks set up in one of the main rooms, and there are stacks of documents and books everywhere. We do a lot of our work on laptops and through phone calls. It’s a small team of us, and we’ve been operating from this location for several years now. We usually have the radio playing softly or just the sound of the birds outside in the colony. It isn't a high-pressure corporate environment. We just wake up, have some breakfast, and start going through the things we need to accomplish for the day. Sometimes the neighbors come by to chat, or we take a walk around the park in the evening after we finish up. It’s a very grounded way to run a business. We focus on being practical and just getting through the to-do list without making a big fuss about it.
