Cambay Spa & Resorts

Our office is located at A-10 in Madhuban Colony, which is in the Naka Madar area of Ajmer, Rajasthan. It is not a very big building, but it is where we manage everything for the spa and the resort. We spend a lot of our time on the phone talking to people who want to come and stay for a few days. The weather in Ajmer can get very hot, so we have the fans running constantly to keep the office comfortable. There is always a lot of paperwork to deal with, like checking the schedules for the cleaning staff and making sure the supplies for the spa are all accounted for. We keep a large calendar on the wall where we mark down all the bookings so we don't forget anyone. Sometimes the printer runs out of ink right when we need to print a receipt, and one of us has to go out and get a new cartridge. We have a small area where visitors can sit if they are waiting to talk to us. Most of the people who work here have been with us for a while, so we know each other pretty well. We usually bring our own lunch and eat together in the small back room. The colony is usually quiet during the day, which makes it easier to focus on the computer work. We just keep our heads down and try to get everything organized for the guests who are arriving.
