Cambay Spa & Resort*****

Our office is at B-101 in the Rameshaware Housing Society, right near the Sarkari Tube Well in Bopal. Ahmedabad 58 is the area. We work for Cambay Spa & Resort from this apartment-style office. It’s a regular residential building, so it doesn't look like a big hotel office from the outside. Inside, we have our computers and some stacks of paper. We handle a lot of the bookings and guest inquiries from here. It gets a bit busy with the phones ringing quite often. We’ve been in Bopal for a good number of years. The neighborhood is growing fast, but we’re still in our same spot near the tube well. We don't have a fancy lobby or a receptionist in a suit. It’s just us in our everyday clothes doing the work. Sometimes we have to run out to get supplies or meet someone. We don't use any polished marketing language when we talk to guests. We just give them the information they need about the resort. It’s a bit cramped with all the files we have to keep, but it works for us. We know the other people in the housing society well. Working here feels more like being part of a community than being in a corporate park. We stay late sometimes to finish up the reservations. It’s just a normal way of doing things for us here in Gujarat.
