I am working out of Flat No. 09 in Plot 107, which is part of Ashwarya-Ii in Sector 19, Gandhinagar. It is a residential area, so it’s quite different from the big factory sites people usually associate with Cadila Pharmaceuticals. This address belongs to Surendra Kumar Saxena, and it serves as our base for this particular branch of work in Gujarat. Gandhinagar is a lot greener and quieter than Ahmedabad, which is nice. Sector 19 is a settled place with lots of trees. The flat itself is pretty simple. It’s basically just a living space turned into a workspace. We have a couple of computers, some filing boxes, and a lot of documents related to the pharma business. It doesn't feel like a corporate headquarters because it isn't one. It’s just a practical spot where we can get through the paperwork without the noise of a massive office. Sometimes the neighbors come by to say hello. We don't have a big sign on the door or anything like that. It’s just about getting the daily tasks done. We spend a lot of time on the phone or checking through records. It is a very normal, everyday kind of setup. We aren't using any fancy marketing tricks here. We just handle the business side of things from this quiet corner of Gandhinagar. It works well for us and keeps things simple.
