Cabin Crew

We are located right on the ground floor of the Gayrti Complex at Lohar Chowk. It’s in Mandvi, out in the Kachchh region. The name Cabin Crew is on the door, and that’s what we focus on. It’s a lot of training and explaining how things work in the aviation world. The office is pretty basic. We have some plastic chairs and a few whiteboards where we scribble down notes for the day. It’s often quite hot here, so the fans are always spinning at full speed. People come from all over the area to talk to us. We don't have fancy brochures or a high-tech setup. It’s just us talking to people and helping them understand what they need to learn for the job. Mandvi is a nice enough place to work, even if it gets a bit dusty with the wind. We spend a lot of time just chatting with the students and getting things ready for the next session. It feels more like a small community than a big business. Sometimes we close up a bit early if it’s a slow day, or stay late if someone needs extra help. We don't have a big corporate plan or anything. We just show up every morning, open the shutters, and get to work. It’s been our routine for a while and we’re happy with how things are going in our corner of the complex.
