Brinda

You can find us over at Mig;391 in K K Nagar, which is part of the Ghatlodia area in Ahmedabad. Brinda is basically a local operation we run right from here. It’s not a big fancy store or anything like that. We have been here for a good number of years now and most of our neighbors know what we do. The apartment block is usually full of kids playing outside in the evenings. We do our work during the day when it's a bit quieter. Sometimes the power goes out for an hour or two, so we just take a break then. We don't have a big staff or a marketing team. It’s just us handling the day-to-day things that come up. We try to keep the place tidy but with all the stuff we handle, it gets a bit cramped sometimes. Ghatlodia is a busy place and there’s always something happening on the street. We like being part of the community here. If someone needs something, they usually just walk up to the door and knock. We don't really do the whole corporate thing. It’s more about just getting the jobs done as they come in. The weather in Gujarat can be tough, especially in May, but we’ve got a decent cooler that keeps the room okay. It’s just a normal life and a normal business for us here. We keep it simple and don't try to make things more complicated than they need to be.
