Bluez Eatery Llp

Our place, Bluez Eatery, is located in the Supermol building, room 421. We are right near Lal Bangla on C.G. Road in Navrangpura. If you know Ahmedabad, you know this is a pretty active area with lots of shops and people walking around. We are up on the fourth floor. It is where we handle all the behind-the-scenes stuff for the eatery. It is not a very big office, just enough space for us to sit and get the administrative work done. We spend a lot of time talking about ingredients and what needs to be ordered for the kitchen. It is a lot of back-and-forth with the vendors. We do not have any fancy mission statements or anything like that. We just want to serve food that people actually want to eat. The office gets a bit noisy sometimes because we are right in the middle of a busy district. We have got a small team, and we all do a bit of everything. One day you might be checking accounts, and the next you are helping move boxes. That is just how it is here. We are not trying to be some massive chain. We are just a local spot in Navrangpura. We have had our ups and downs like any business, but we stay busy. We just keep our heads down and focus on the daily tasks. It is simple, honest work, and we are glad to be part of the neighborhood.
