Bhumi Caterers

We are based in the Satellite area. It’s a part of town that has grown so much lately. We do catering for all sorts of local events. Our kitchen is where we spend almost all our time. It is not a polished showroom or anything like that. It’s full of big stainless steel pots, sacks of grain, and the smell of spices. We don't have a big team of managers. It is just us and the cooks. We start our day when most people are still sleeping. Getting the fresh stuff from the market is the first thing we do. The parking in Satellite has become a real problem, so we have to be careful where we leave our delivery trucks. We don't really bother with fancy brochures. Most of our work comes from neighbors telling each other about us. It’s a lot of physical labor, standing over hot stoves and carrying heavy containers. Sometimes we get behind on the paperwork because we are too busy in the kitchen. The floor is always a bit wet from washing the vegetables and the big pans. We just wear our old clothes and get to work. It is a simple life, and we don't try to make it look like something it isn't. We just provide food for people who need it for their functions. There is no magic to it, just a lot of cooking and driving around town.
