Bhagwati Banquets

Our office for Bhagwati Banquets is located at F-12 in the Bhaskar Apartments, right in the Naranpura area of Ahmedabad. It’s an apartment building, so it feels very much like a part of the local community. We use this space to manage the bookings and the planning for various events and banquets. It’s a lot of paperwork and phone calls, especially during the wedding season when everyone wants to book a date at the same time. The rooms are filled with folders, fabric samples, and calendars marked with red ink. We don’t have a big fancy lobby here; you just come up the stairs and find us at our desks. Naranpura is a good place to be, with plenty of people around and a real sense of the city. We spend our time talking to clients, figuring out the seating arrangements, and making sure the staff knows where they need to be. It’s a bit messy sometimes with all the brochures and floor plans scattered about, but we know where everything is. We aren't interested in sounding like a big corporation. We’re just local people helping other local people plan their big days. We have our tea breaks, talk about the weather, and keep the files organized as best as we can. It’s a practical, no-nonsense way to run the banquet business from a small apartment office in Gujarat.
