Bhagwati Banquets & Hotels Ltd.

Bhagwati Banquets and Hotels is run out of D-104 in Westend Park. We are tucked behind the Gurudwara in the Thaltej and Bodakdev area. It is a really nice part of Ahmedabad, though the traffic near the Gurudwara can get a bit crazy on certain days of the week. Our office here is where we handle a lot of the planning for the banquets and the hotel side of the business. It’s a bit of a busy place because there is always a wedding or a big party being organized, so the phones are usually ringing and people are always coming in to check on their bookings. We have a lot of samples of fabrics and menu cards lying around the desks. It’s not the most organized looking office, but we know where everything is. The staff here has been together for a while, so we kind of just know how to get things done without talking about it too much. We aren't trying to be some high-end corporate firm; we are just local people who know how to put together a good event. Being near Thaltej means we are close to a lot of our venues, which makes it easier for us to run back and forth when something needs fixing. It’s a lot of long hours, especially during the wedding season, but we just keep at it and try to keep everyone happy.
