Bawarchee Restaurant

If you find yourself in Vejalpur, specifically around Shrinand Nagar Part-1, you might notice our place, Bawarchee Restaurant. We are located at J-211. It is directly opposite the Jain Temple, which makes it easy for folks to find us. Usually, you can hear the bells from the temple in the morning and evening while we are getting things ready in the kitchen. The restaurant isn't huge, but we make do with the space we have. There are tables and chairs that have seen a lot of use over the years. We spend a lot of our time chopping vegetables and making sure the stove is working right. The neighborhood is mostly residential, so we see the same faces quite often. It is nice to know the people who live in the apartments nearby. Sometimes the street gets crowded with parked scooters, especially around dinner time. We try to keep things simple here. There is no fancy decor or complicated menus to deal with. Just a kitchen, a few staff members, and the smell of spices in the air. We have been part of this little corner of Ahmedabad for a while now. It gets hot in the afternoons, but we keep the fans going. It is a regular neighborhood spot where people stop by when they do not feel like cooking at home and want something from the local area.
