Baroda -Ahmedabad Expressway

We are located at 40 Manohar Nagar Society, which is just outside the Amdavadi Darvaja in Nadiad. The pincode is 387001. Dealing with something like the Baroda-Ahmedabad Expressway means there is always something going on. Even though we are in a residential society, we are quite busy with the logistics of the road work and the traffic flow. Our office is basically a house that has been converted. It is a bit crowded with all the files and the maps of the expressway spread out on the tables. Nadiad is a good place to be, right in the middle of everything. We spend a lot of time talking to drivers and engineers. Sometimes the tea guy forgets our order, but we don't mind much. The society is quiet in the mornings, but gets lively once people get home from work. We have been here for a long time. People often stop by to ask about the road or where the nearest exit is. We try to help out when we can. It’s not a fancy setup. Just some chairs, a couple of old desks, and a lot of paperwork. The walls are a bit faded, but it doesn't matter much to us. We just need a place to sit and organize things. It is a steady job, and we like being part of the local community here near the old gate. Working on such a big road keeps us on our toes.
