Bansri Food Court

We are located in G-47 at Sangath Mall-I. The mall is on the Sabarmati-Gandhinagar Highway, right across from the Government Engineering College in Chandkheda. It’s a busy spot because of the highway and all the students from the college nearby. Our food court area is usually humming with noise, especially around lunchtime. We spend our mornings getting the kitchen ready and making sure we have enough ingredients for the day. Being in a mall means there’s always people walking by, looking for something to eat. We have a few different things on the menu, mostly stuff that's quick and easy for people on the go. The college kids come in quite a bit between their classes. It gets a bit chaotic when a large group arrives all at once, but we just keep cooking. Our space isn't huge, but we make the most of it. We keep our counters clean and our stove going. Sometimes the mall gets a bit warm, but we just keep working through it. It’s a good location because the highway brings in travelers who just want a quick break from driving. We’ve seen a lot of regulars who work in the other shops in the mall too. It feels like a little community inside the building. We just focus on getting the food out and making sure the tables are wiped down for the next person. It's a lot of standing and moving, but we like the pace here and the people we meet.
