Back Office Cum Councelor

You can find us in Ahmedabad at number 49 in the Baliyakaka Society. We are right opposite the Devi Cinema in the Bethak area of Naroda. It is a pretty lively spot to be in, especially when a new movie is playing and the crowds are out. Our office is more of a back-end place where we do a lot of counseling and paperwork. It is a small space with a couple of desks and some chairs for people to sit while we talk. Most of the day is spent on the phone or typing things into the system. We get people coming in from the Naroda area who need help with various things. It is not a fancy office with glass walls or anything like that. It is just a regular room in a regular society. We like being in Baliyakaka because the neighbors are friendly and there is always somewhere to grab a quick tea nearby. The work we do involves a lot of listening and organizing. Sometimes it gets a bit messy with all the files, but we know where everything is. We don't try to sound like a big company because we aren't one. We are just a local office helping out with back-office tasks and giving advice when people ask for it. The movie theater across the way has big posters that we see every morning. We keep some extra chairs in the corner for when it gets busy.
