Back Office Assistant

You can find us at F5 in the B Block on the fifth floor of Jaydeep Appartment. We are right behind Sachin Tower in the Satellite area of Ahmedabad. Being on the fifth floor gives us a bit of a view of the surrounding buildings, though we’re mostly looking at our screens. As back office assistants, our day is filled with data entry, filing, and making sure the records are up to date. It’s a lot of quiet work. The apartment building is mostly residential, so we try to keep things low-key. Satellite is a busy part of town with a lot of shops and cafes, so there’s always somewhere to go for lunch. The office itself is just a few rooms with some filing cabinets and desks. It’s not the most modern space, but it works for what we need to do. We don't have customers coming in all the time, which is fine because we have a lot of work to catch up on anyway. Sometimes the parking near Sachin Tower is a headache, but we manage. We just come in, do our shift, and head home. It’s a steady routine. We’ve been here for a bit now and we’ve got a good system going for how we handle the paperwork that comes in every morning. It’s just honest, everyday office work in a busy city. Most of us take the stairs for exercise when the lift is full and slow.
