We are located up on the ninth floor of Deep Towers, specifically in unit A-901. You can find us near the Judgesbunglow area in Bodakdev, which is a pretty well-known part of Ahmedabad. Ms. Rashika Munshi is part of the team here. Being up so high means we get a decent view of the city, even if we are mostly looking at our screens all day. The office is full of computers and the sound of people typing or talking on headsets. It’s a typical workspace with rows of desks and a small area for water and coffee. We have been here in Gujarat for some time and we just stick to our schedule. Some days are busier than others and the phones don't stop ringing. We try to keep the energy up but by four in the afternoon everyone is usually ready for a break. The elevator in Deep Towers can be a bit slow during the lunch hour because so many people are using it. We don't have any big art on the walls or fancy furniture. It is just a practical space where we come to do our jobs. We deal with a lot of data and business processes, which means we have to stay focused. It is just a group of people working together in an office building. We don't make it sound more complicated than that. We just come in, do the work, and go home.
