Attitude Call Centre

This is the place Irshad runs over in the Juhapura area. We are tucked away in the Al-Asharay Society, right behind Raider Nagar. It is mostly a residential neighborhood, so it stays a bit quieter than if we were right on the main road. The office is located in building 3B. We set this up as a call centre to handle different kinds of communication work. It is not a massive operation with hundreds of people like you see on TV. It is just a small group of us sitting at our desks with our headsets on. We spend the whole day answering calls and trying to help people out with their questions. Sometimes the internet is a bit slow and it gets a little frustrating, but we manage to get the work done. We have been in this neighborhood for a while now and most of the people who live around here know us. The workspace is very simple. We have some desks, chairs, and our computer systems. We don’t have any big signs outside or fancy lights. It is just a place to work. We take our tea breaks together and usually go to the small shop around the corner. It is a lot of talking all day long, so we are usually tired by the time we finish. We are just a local business in Ahmedabad trying to keep things running.
