Asst. Sales Manager

I am currently working as an assistant sales manager here in Ahmedabad. My office is located at 200A in the Sindhi Colony area of Sardarnagar. It is a residential neighborhood mostly, so it is a bit quieter than the city center, which I actually prefer. The office isn't anything special to look at from the outside, just a regular building among the houses. I spend most of my day on the phone or responding to emails. Being in sales means you are always chasing something, but I try to keep it low-key and honest with people. I don't like the pushy stuff. My desk is usually covered in notebooks and pens because I still like writing things down by hand. Sardarnagar has its own vibe, and Sindhi Colony is a tight-knit place. Sometimes I walk down the street to grab a snack or just to stretch my eyes after staring at the screen for too long. The office can get a bit stuffy in the summer, so we keep the windows open even if it gets a bit dusty. It is just me and a couple of other people working in this space. We don't have a big sign or anything flashy. People who need us usually know where we are. It’s a simple job in a simple part of town, and that suits me just fine for now. I enjoy the walk to work and seeing the same faces every morning.
