As A Frontoffice Assiastant

This office is at 16 Anad Flat which is right opposite the Tushar Flats near Jagabhai Park in the Kankaria and Maninagar area. This is a very well-known part of Ahmedabad because of the lake and the park nearby. We work from a flat here and the atmosphere is very much like a regular home. Being a front office assistant means spending a lot of time sitting at the main desk greeting anyone who walks through the door. We have a lot of residents from the other flats who come in with questions or just to chat for a minute. The area is usually quite busy with traffic going toward the lake especially on the weekends. Our space is filled with the usual office things like a telephone a computer and some ledgers for keeping track of visitors. It is a simple job but it keeps us busy throughout the day. We have some plants in the corner to make the place look a bit better and the windows stay open to let in the breeze. Maninagar is a nice place to be because everything you need is just a short walk away. We handle the mail and take messages for the people who work in the inner rooms. It is a steady routine of answering phones and helping people find their way around the building without any fuss.
