Arora Catering

We are based over in the Satellite area, right near the Rado Mirchi Tower. It’s a well-known landmark, so people usually don't have much trouble finding where Arora Catering operates from. Satellite is a busy part of the city, always changing with new buildings and lots of traffic. Our setup is pretty simple. We have our kitchen area where all the heavy lifting happens and a small space for handling the bookings. It’s not the kind of place that’s built for show. There are big stainless steel counters and stacks of crates everywhere. We spend most of our time thinking about menus and checking that we have enough ingredients for the weekend. The heat in the kitchen can get pretty intense, but that’s just part of the job. You can hear the sounds of the city outside, but once the burners are on, that’s all you really focus on. We don’t have a lot of time for sitting around. If we aren't cooking, we are loading the vans or talking to vendors. It’s a fast-paced environment and things can get a bit chaotic when three different orders need to go out at the same time. We just keep our heads down and get through the work. People in this neighborhood expect things to be done right, and we’ve been here long enough to know how to handle the pressure without any fuss. It is just the way we have always done things.
