Anmol Caterers

Anmol Caterers is located over in Patel Was, near the Kochrab Asharm in Paldi. It’s a bit quieter around here compared to the main roads, which we actually prefer. Being close to the Asharm gives the area a certain feel, and we’ve been here long enough to know all the regulars. Our setup is pretty basic. We have a few big stoves and a lot of stainless steel tables that we spend half our lives cleaning. It’s mostly just a few of us from the neighborhood working together. We don’t have a marketing department or anyone to write fancy things about us. We just do the cooking and hope people like it enough to tell their friends. Sometimes the monsoon rains make the walk to the kitchen a bit muddy, but we manage. My father used to say that as long as the food is hot and there’s enough of it, people will be happy. We try to stick to that. We don’t go for anything too complicated. It’s just about getting the work done and making sure the orders are ready for pickup. We see a lot of families coming through Paldi, and it’s nice to be the ones they call when they have a small function at home. It’s a steady life, and we’re happy to be part of the community here at Patel Was. We don't need much more than that to stay satisfied with our work.
