Alka Airlink Travels

Alka Airlink Travels is a small travel business we run in Ahmedabad. We are located in the Motera area, specifically at B/2 Vaibhav Lakshmi Society. It’s right behind the Sangath 3 building. It’s a nice, quiet residential society, which makes for a peaceful work environment. We handle flight bookings and travel arrangements for people. It’s not a big corporate travel agency. It’s just us and our computers. We’ve been here for a while, and we’ve seen Motera grow so much, especially with the big stadium nearby. On match days, the whole area gets really crowded. Our office is quite simple. We have a few chairs for visitors and some travel brochures lying around. We don't do any big advertising. Most people who use us are from around here or friends of friends. We just try to find the best routes for people without making it too complicated. Sometimes the airline systems are a pain to deal with, but we manage. We aren't looking to become a giant company. We like being a local business where we know our customers' names. We keep regular hours, but sometimes we stay late if someone has a travel emergency. It’s a straightforward job. We just book the tickets and make sure everything is in order. It works for us and our clients seem happy enough with how we handle things. It is just honest work.
