We are located on the third floor of the Moin Complex in Jamalpur. It is a bit of a climb, but there is an elevator if it is working that day. We are directly opposite the Riyaz Hotel, which is a good landmark if you are looking for us. The smell of the food from the hotel sometimes drifts across the street. Our office in Ahmedabad 380001 is where we manage all our travel and tour bookings. It is a fairly simple office with some old chairs and a lot of paperwork. We spend our hours talking to airlines and looking at hotel availability. Jamalpur is a lively area, and being on the third floor gives us a bit of a break from the noise of the street level. We see a lot of regulars who have been coming to us for years. They know we are just regular people working hard to make their trips happen. We don't use any high-tech gadgets, just the usual computers and phones. Sometimes we stay late to finish up bookings for a group of people. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we do. We’re usually here from morning until the evening, keeping things moving and trying to make sure all the travel documents are in order for our neighbors.
