Our place, Al Falak Hajj & Umrah Tour Organiser, is tucked away at 2086 Kadiya Street in the Jamalpur area. It is right in the heart of Ahmedabad, specifically near Patang Bazar. If you’ve ever been to Jamalpur during the kite festival, you know exactly how packed these streets can get. We spend our days here focusing on Hajj and Umrah arrangements, mostly. It is a lot of coordination and looking over documents, you know. The office is just a regular room on Kadiya Street where we meet people and their families. It’s not a corporate setup at all, honestly. Most of the time, the street outside is full of people going about their business, and the smell of local food is always in the air. We have some chairs for people to sit while we go over the details of their travel plans. It can get a little cramped when a large family comes in together, but we manage just fine. We have been in this part of Ahmedabad for a while, and we like being part of the Jamalpur community. It’s a busy neighborhood with a lot of history. We don’t use any big systems, just our notebooks and the computer to keep things organized. People usually find us through word of mouth or by just walking past the sign on the street. It’s a straightforward business and we just do our job every day. We are usually here until the evening when the shops around Patang Bazar start closing up.
