Akbar Travels Of India (P) Ltd

We work at Akbar Travels of India (P) Ltd, specifically in the office at Crystal Arcade on C.G. Road in Ahmedabad. It is right on the first floor at 101. If you’ve ever walked down C.G. Road, you know how busy it gets with all the shops and people. Our office is part of the PSR department, which mostly means we handle a lot of passenger sales and revenue details. It’s a lot of sitting at desks and talking on the phone. We have a manager, Muthuku, who keeps things moving along, but we’re all just a team trying to get through the day’s bookings. The office isn't anything too fancy, just some computers, desks, and a lot of paper. Sometimes the elevator in Crystal Arcade is a bit slow, so we take the stairs. It’s a typical office life where we drink too much tea and talk about the weekend while we work. We handle travel stuff for people all over India, but we stay grounded here in Ahmedabad. There’s no corporate script here; we just talk to people like they are our neighbors. We’ve been in this spot for a while, and the routine is pretty set. We show up, check the emails, handle the revenue numbers, and head home when the sun goes down. It’s honest work and we try to do it right without making things overly complicated for anyone who calls us.
