Being part of Air India here in Ahmedabad means we are always dealing with something new. The city is a busy hub, and the airport is usually humming with activity. We do not have a specific street address for this branch because we are spread out across the terminal and various offices. It is a lot of walking back and forth. Our days are filled with passengers, luggage, and making sure the planes get off the ground on time. It sounds exciting, but honestly, a lot of it is just checking IDs and typing names into the system. Sometimes the air conditioning in the office does not work right, and we just have to deal with the heat. We see all kinds of people coming through Ahmedabad, some going on vacation and others traveling for work. There is a lot of pressure when flights are delayed, and we have to talk to frustrated people. We just try to stay calm and do what we can. It is a big operation, but at our level, it is just about the daily tasks. We eat our lunch quickly when there is a gap between flights. The uniforms can get uncomfortable after a long shift, but that is just part of the job. We are not here to give a sales pitch; we are just here to get the work done. It is a steady job in a fast-paced environment, and we have gotten used to the noise and the crowds over time.
