We've been here in Ahmedabad for quite a while now. Our office is over at 12/A Chirag Apartments, right across from Jail Road in the Keshavnagar area. If you know the Subhash Bridge, we're pretty much right there. It's a busy spot but we like it. Most days we are just busy handling the usual paperwork and helping people figure out their travel plans. It isn't always smooth sailing, sometimes the systems are slow or the phones won't stop ringing, but we do what we can. People come in asking all sorts of things about flights and baggage rules. We try to keep things straightforward and tell it like it is. It's just a regular office setup, nothing fancy at all. We have a few desks and some old chairs for when people have to wait. Gujarat can get pretty hot in the summer, so the fan is usually going full blast. We've seen a lot of changes in the neighborhood over the years. Some new shops opened up nearby and the traffic has definitely gotten heavier. Still, it's home for us. We know most of the people who walk past our door every morning. Working here means dealing with a lot of different personalities, and that keeps things interesting. We don't really do the big corporate talk here, we just focus on the job in front of us.
