You can find the Air India Ltd office over on 100 Feet Road in the Satellite area of Ahmedabad. We are specifically located in Sachin Tower, unit E-13. This part of Gujarat is always busy and there is a lot of traffic out on the main road. The building is easy to spot if you are looking for it. We have been here for a good while and it is a central place for people to come when they have issues with their flights or need to talk to someone in person. It is not a huge office but we have enough space for the staff and a few chairs for people waiting. Sometimes the air conditioning struggles a bit when the Ahmedabad heat gets really bad in the summer. We just keep the files moving and answer the phones as they ring. Being on 100 Feet Road means there is always something going on outside the window. We are just a small branch of the bigger airline company and we handle the local stuff for people in this neighborhood. Most of the folks who come in are regulars from around Satellite. It is a straightforward place to work and we don't put on any acts. We just open the doors in the morning and see who comes in. It’s a bit cramped with all the paperwork but we manage to get things done without too much fuss.
