You can find us on the first floor of Chandrika Society, right by the Gordhanvadi Tekra in Maninagar. We’re a small office in this part of Ahmedabad, and we handle things for the airline. It’s an older building, and the stairs can be a bit steep, but we like it here. There’s always something going on in Kankaria nearby, so the area is pretty lively. Our day-to-day is mostly about helping people with their tickets and answering questions about flights. It gets a bit noisy sometimes when the market outside is busy. We have a few desks and some old posters on the walls. It’s not a shiny airport terminal; it’s a place where we sit and talk to customers face-to-face. Sometimes the computers are slow, and we have to ask people to wait a minute. We don't use a lot of corporate jargon. We just tell folks what the schedule is and try to fix any problems they have with their travel. Most of the people who come in are from the neighborhood. We’ve been in this society for a while now, and everyone knows where we are. It’s just a straightforward office where we work on getting people to their destinations. No big fancy speeches, just regular work. We try to be helpful when we can, and if we can't, we just say so. That is just how we do things in Maninagar.
