Our office is over in Bopal, at 22 Marutinandan Kutir. We are right near Basant Bahar-1, which is a pretty well-known spot in this part of town. Even though we are part of an airline, our local office here is fairly small and down-to-earth. We spend our days helping people with their travel plans and booking flights. It involves a lot of computer work and talking to customers about their baggage or ticket dates. Bopal is a bit further out from the main city center, so it is a little quieter here, which we like. The office feels more like a house than a corporate building. We have a few desks set up and some chairs for people who come in to talk to us. It’s not always a smooth process; sometimes the systems are slow or flights get rescheduled, and we have to help passengers figure out what to do next. We just take things one day at a time. We aren't trying to sell anyone anything they don't need; we just help them get from Ahmedabad to wherever they are going. There is usually some tea being shared and plenty of conversation. It’s a simple setup for a job that involves flying all over the place. We’ve been in this location for a while and the locals know us. The work isn't fancy, but it keeps us busy from morning until evening every single day.
