Our office is located at C40, which we call Rajarshi, right near Lakhubhai Hall in Kaliyabid, Bhavnagar. Being a subsidiary of Air-India means we have plenty to do every day, but we keep things very local here in Gujarat. It’s not a huge operation with thousands of people, just a dedicated group of us working out of this building. We’ve been in this part of Bhavnagar for some time now, and we’ve seen the neighborhood grow. The building itself is pretty standard, nothing too flashy or modern. We focus on the ground handling and all the small details that people don't usually see. It involves a lot of coordination and making sure the paperwork matches up with what’s happening on the ground. We don't go for those fancy corporate slogans. We just talk like normal people and get our tasks finished. Sometimes the office gets a bit messy with all the documents, but we know where everything is. The heat in Bhavnagar can be tough in the summer, but we just keep the fans going and keep at it. Most of us live nearby, so there isn't much of a commute to worry about. We just show up, do what the airline needs us to do, and head home to our families. It’s a steady life and we are glad to be part of the community here.
