Agent In Call Centre

Our place, Agent In Call Centre, is located over at 115 Anwar Park in the Juhapura area of Ahmedabad. It is a busy neighborhood with a lot of people moving around all the time. We aren't a big corporate office with glass walls or anything like that. Instead, we have a simple setup in Gujarat where we just get down to work every morning. The office is usually full of the sound of people talking on headsets. It gets a bit noisy during the peak hours, but that is just how a call centre feels when everyone is busy. We’ve got computers lined up and wires running along the floor in some places. Juhapura has its own pace, and we fit right into it. Most of us live nearby, so the commute isn't too bad unless the monsoon rains flood the streets. We don’t spend much on decorations because we’re mostly focused on the calls. There is a small tea stall nearby where we go during breaks to get out of the office for a bit. It’s an honest way to spend the day.
