Aegis Bpo Ltd

Aegis Bpo is located in Ahmedabad, over in the Kubernagar area near the I.T.I. building. It’s a large space because we have a lot of people working here. If you walk in, you’ll hear the constant hum of voices and keyboards. It’s a Bpo, so the work never really stops. We have people coming in for day shifts and others starting late at night. The office is full of cubicles, and everyone has their own little pile of stuff on their desk—photos, snacks, old pens. It’s not a fancy corporate environment. It’s a place where people work hard. We handle calls and data for all sorts of things. Sometimes it gets a bit stressful when the volume is high, but we just keep going. The break room is small and always has a faint smell of tea and spices. We don't have any big speeches about our values or anything. We just have a job to do and we do it. The neighborhood around Kubernagar is always busy, so there’s plenty of noise coming from outside too. We’ve been here for a while and the routine is pretty set. Some of us have worked together for years. We aren't a polished corporate machine, just a big group of people trying to keep up with the phones. It’s tiring sometimes, but it’s what we do. We just keep our heads down and handle the next call.
