Aegis Bpo is situated in Ahmedabad at 183, Parabadi. We are right opposite V. S. Hospital in the Ellisbridge area, specifically in Madalpur. It’s a very busy spot because of the hospital across the road. There are always people and rickshaws moving about outside. Our building is easy to spot once you get to the hospital landmark. Inside, it’s a typical BPO environment with rows of desks and people on headsets. It gets quite loud with all the talking, but that’s just the nature of the work. We have people working different shifts since the work never really stops. The office isn't anything fancy; it’s built for function. We have a small area where people can take their breaks and eat their lunch. Ahmedabad summers can be very tough, so we are lucky the building stays relatively cool. Most of the staff comes from different parts of the city, using the bus or their own scooters. We don't spend much time on decorations or making things look pretty. We are here to handle the calls and the data that comes through our system. It’s a lot of repetition, but it’s how we make our living. Being in Ellisbridge means we are close to everything, which is convenient for everyone. We’ve been at this address for quite some time and are a permanent fixture in the Madalpur neighborhood now.
