Achint Public SR. Sec. School is located right on New C G Road in Chandkheda. We’ve been part of this Ahmedabad neighborhood for a good many years now. If you walk past during the day, you’ll hear the usual sounds of a school—teachers talking, kids running around during their breaks, and the bell ringing. It’s a senior secondary setup, so we have the older students finishing their final years and the younger ones just starting out. Our building is pretty straightforward. We have the classrooms, a bit of space for play, and the main office where parents come to settle things. It’s not one of those massive campuses with glass walls. It’s a practical place for learning. The staff here mostly lives nearby, so we know the local families pretty well. Mornings are always a bit chaotic with the buses and parents dropping kids off on scooters. We spend a lot of time making sure the desks are in order and the chalkboards are clean. The weather in Ahmedabad gets really hot, so we try to keep the rooms as cool as we can. It’s just a regular school where people work hard. We don’t do big fancy events every week, we just focus on the daily lessons. Most of our students have been with us since they were small. Chandkheda has changed a lot, but we’re still here in the same spot, doing what we do every morning when the sun comes up.
