Walias Multi Cuisine Restaurant is at Shop No - 1 & 2, Ug Floor, Shanti City Center, Bhagirathi Devi Marg, Khandari, Agra - 282005 Khandari. This place has been our work spot for a good while now. The mall gets quite busy, especially on the weekends when families are out doing their shopping. We do a lot of different kinds of food, which keeps the kitchen staff moving all day. There is always a lot of chopping and cleaning up to do in the back. We don't have any polished corporate speeches or mission statements. We just come in, prep the ingredients, and start cooking when the orders come in. Some days the lunch rush is so heavy that we barely have time to sit down, but we manage somehow. The location is pretty easy to find if you are in the Khandari neighborhood. We aren't trying to be the most famous place in Agra, just a reliable spot for a meal. The street outside is often crowded with traffic and cars honking, so it can be a bit loud. Our team is just a group of local people working hard to keep things running. We don't use any marketing tricks or big promises. We just focus on the daily tasks like making sure the tables are clean and the supplies are stocked. It is a simple way to run a business. We see the same people coming in every week and it feels like a normal part of the community. We just try to get the plates out.
