Big Hungry

You can find us at Shop 12/153A2 on Nunihai road. We are right by the Yamuna express way, near Hanuman nagar. Being out here in Agra, we get a lot of people who are just passing through on their way somewhere else. It is a bit of a dusty spot because of all the construction and the big road nearby. We opened this place because we saw how many people needed a spot to eat around here. It isn’t a big restaurant, just a simple shop. We spend most of our time prepping ingredients and making sure the stove is ready. The noise from the expressway is constant, but you get used to it after a while. Sometimes the morning starts slow and then suddenly there are ten people at the counter. We just do our best to get the food out. It’s a lot of washing dishes and sweeping the floor in between customers. We don't use any fancy machines or anything. It's just manual work and keeping an eye on the clock. We are here most days from morning until late at night. It’s just a regular job for us and we keep moving.
