We are part of the Mayur Tourist Complex on Fatehabad Road. Since we are in Taj Ganj, we see a lot of tourists from all over the world. The Mughal Sheraton is nearby, so the whole area is quite busy with visitors going to see the Taj. It’s a different kind of vibe here compared to the rest of Agra. We have tourists coming in with their guides, and also locals who live in the Taj Ganj lanes. The complex itself is easy to find. We have been here for a while, and we’ve seen the road outside get wider and busier. The heat in Agra can be tough, so people usually come in looking for some shade and a cold drink along with their food. We don’t have a fancy corporate structure. It’s just a team of us running the place. We talk to the guests and hear their stories about their travels. It’s interesting work. We keep the place tidy and the food coming out as fast as we can. The menu has the usual stuff people look for when they visit this part of India. We aren't trying to be the most expensive place on the street, just a reliable one. Fatehabad Road never really sleeps, so we are usually working late into the evening. It’s a busy life, but we like being in the middle of everything. We keep it simple.
