Nana Chiken Nana Veg

We are located at 62/4 in West Shivaji Nagar, right on Alvatiya Road. If you know where the Easy Day in Shah Ganj is, then you’ve probably walked past us. Nana Chiken Nana Veg is a local spot where we cook both meat and vegetarian dishes. The kitchen gets really hot, especially in the afternoons when the tandoor is going. We have separate sections to make sure everything is handled right. The staff is mostly local guys from Agra who know their way around spices. It’s a loud place, with the sound of knives hitting cutting boards and the exhaust fan humming all day. We don’t have fancy menus with professional photos. We just write what we have on the board for everyone to see. The 282010 area is always active, so we get a lot of people stopping by after they finish their shopping. We spend a lot of time cleaning the floors because the oil gets everywhere when you are busy. It’s just how it is when you’re frying things and grilling chicken. We don't do much advertising at all. Most people just see the sign while they are driving down the road or walking past. We get our vegetables and meat fresh every morning from the local market. It’s a basic setup, just a counter and some tables. We focus on getting the food out fast while it’s still hot for our customers. We just keep our heads down and cook.
